Herausforderung

In the spring of 2021, PTI was looking to persuade travelers to fly again and to reassure them about the ease and comfort they would experience at PTI. Its location and easy parking, check in and baggage claim appeal to travelers looking for convenience and lack of stressful situations.

Lösung

We produced a commercial to capture the joy and excitement of flying to a sunny vacation destination in “Watch Me Fly.” The tagline “Fly local. Fly easy. Fly PTI” and an enthusiastic family happy to share an adventure together resonated with our audience. We also designed billboards and ads.

Ergebnis

As a result, between summer 2020 and summer 2021 the number of emplaned passengers at PTI increased 191.97%, with a 44,972 passenger increase for that year. The airline made flight an appealing positive travel experience for customers and capitalized on the ease of flying from a smaller facility.

Herausforderung

The company wanted to expand brand awareness and to increase annual revenue. They needed a fresh outlook, some strategy, and a brand overhaul.

We visited each of O’Neal’s eight U.S. locations and immersed ourselves in their processes and procedures. We were able to collect data for each specific location’s needs and pain points. We created a brand strategy and tailored it to the different locations’ needs and concerns, a process for leads.

Ergebnis

O’Neal received greater brand recognition and interaction as a result of the digital campaigns and the video. The email campaign had an average open rate of 27 percent, and traffic to O’Neal’s landing page significantly improved from 26.2% before the digital campaigns to 71.36% after the campaign.
